Facilities Technician

Required Skills:
15 years or more semiconductor facilities operations experience and in-depth knowledge in the areas of:
Mechanical Systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, exhaust systems, Process Cooling Water, & Fan systems)
Rotating equipment vibration monitoring and analysis.
Wastewater Treatment Systems
Bulk Gas systems (LO2, LN2, LH2, Air Separation Unit)
Additional experience with Emergency Response Team (ERT) operations and procedures including a willingness to participate on the team is also required. A working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations and cleanrooms is also required.
Description of Job/ Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily operations of above mentioned facilities systems including:
collection and analysis of system operational data,
advanced troubleshooting skills for assigned systems,
development and execution of maintenance programs for assigned systems
Lead and execution of Facilities Work requests (facilities improvement projects and small-scale capital projects)
Work overtime hours as needed to support Facilities Department operations
Manage site Landscaping and Janitorial contractors
Other facilities operations duties as assigned

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
