NPI/Sprints Program Manager - Ultimate Ears

The Role: The Music NPI/Sprints Program Manager is responsible for managing the launch (NPI) of customs and exclusive products, exploratory sprints into new product categories, and focused projects on specific opportunities.. In this role you will: Manage the development and launch of custom and exclusive speaker products in collaboration with our design/brand/marketing team. Manage exploration sprints on new technologies, categories, or product concepts in collaboration with engineering/design/marketing teams. Maintain and manage all BOMs, schedules, risks, cost, and coordinate across cross functional teams involved including operations and sales as needed. Drive projects forward through direct involvement and project concise and clear summaries to management as needed. Maintain high level focus, while able to dive into details as needed when issues arise. Earn and foster trust across the team so you can get objectives met when working in the face of resource and priority constraints. Build on a culture of flexibility, finding ways to accomplish what seems impossible Be creative with tradeoffs, use them to drive clear decisions and alignment on goals Be hands on and drive details, lead and model best practices for the team   Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager on configuration launches and coordinating multiple "similar" SKUs of production material. Minimum 3 years of experience project managing technical and architecture/design sprints of multidisciplinary teams Familiar with finance, marketing, operations processes and terminologies to request correct input and act on inconsistencies or misalignment. Strong background and history in organization of multiple simultaneous projects at different stages of development. A leader with strong problem solving, communication and negotiation skills, able to work independently and drive for results. Education: BS degree in Engineering discipline applicable to consumer HW (Mechanical or Electrical) Professional Project Management certification ideal (such as PMP, or SCRUM)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
