Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Program Manager - Service Contracts to join our growing team!   In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of significant projects involving complex systems with multiple deliverables. Our ideal candidate is someone who has previous project management experience (preferably in technology or software industries), is well organized, has excellent customer service/satisfaction skills, strong ability to negotiate, and is comfortable speaking to Executive level members. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Global Account Leaders who approve special prices and manage, oversee, and track special pricing agreements. Additionally, you will be responsible for:   Planning and directing Service Contract Pricing conversions requiring cross-functional and cross-BU management. Facilitating and keeping records of all special pricing agreements. Management and creation of specialized reporting including coordinating support from Dashboard Manager and IT. Monitoring for potential process improvements and providing recommendations. Developing and ensuring execution of all year end Service Contract renewal/review tasks. Supporting team leadership with organizing and documenting projects and deliverables throughout the year. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications University Degree in Business Administration or related field. 8+ years of directly related experience. Program/Project Management Certification is a plus. Strong program/project management skills to manage large/complex projects. Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional teams, negotiate and influence outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and highly detail oriented. Enterprise Business System experience OBIEE proficiency preferred. Oracle Service Contracts knowledge/experiencepreferred. #CB 2018-10566

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
