Job Description Overview Lead the front lines in Institutional Sales by prospecting and managing U.S. territories for our elite outside sales force to help the firm vie for business with the world's largest pensions, foundations, endowments and corporations! You'll get an opportunity to work on exciting expansion efforts into new countries and new products, as well as exposure to the world of institutional money management. With a handful of exciting expansion initiatives always happening within FIIG, your days will consistently include new and challenging tasks. This role is also a chance to further strengthen your sales and communication skills. The Opportunity: The Institutional Group serves as a sales/service machine to the world's largest pensions, foundations, endowments and corporations. We have a number of associate teams that specialize in the different parts of the Institutional sales cycle to help support outside sales RMs and inside service RMs in winning and maintaining business. Institutional Associate Vice Presidents (AVPs) are tasked with getting RMs in front of key decision-makers at top institutions in hopes of educating them on the firm's capabilities. In addition to this, AVPs support RMs in their assorted operational and organizational needs. The Day-to-Day: Dialing and setting appointment for the Sales RMs. Managing the RMs' territory and supporting their activity with the use of SatuitCRM and prospect coverage reports. Learning the various strategies offered through the firm. Scanning industry publications for news about prospective clients, and opportunities to submit our capabilities to win business. Helping with the creation and timely delivery of our Quarterly Reviews for our prospects/clients. Mentoring other AVPs. Presenting new ideas to management to help increase efficiency within the role and the group.   Your Qualifications: Highly driven and intrinsically motivated to achieve exceptional results. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Extremely high level of attention to detail, with strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
