Job Title: Manufacturing Marketing

Location: Vancouver, WA 98683

Contract Length: 12 Months contract with strong possibility of extension or permanent


  • Location: Vancouver

  • Travel: 20-35% at some times of the year

  • BA or BS in Marketing, or Engineering Degree with 7-10+ years marketing required to apply; MBA preferred

  • Background: Manufacturing Marketing experience - industrial, additive manufacturing for metals, manufacturing equipment/parts, heavy equipment marketing or design software for mfg.

Critical Profile:

  • Thrives in startup environment - successful in fast paced, matrixed organization; Quick learner. Able to pivot and adjust. Challenge the system - new ideas. External in approach.

  • Creative, innovation-centric Marketer with minimum of 7-10 years B2B/B2E Marketing experience across Customer, Product, Channel, or Solutions.

  • Proven AMB/lead/demand generation experience: from ground planning, lead generation, marketing effectiveness, customer funnel. MSFT Dynamics + Nurture experience

  • New business model marketing experience; Savvy digital marketer: social, digital content, web, social targeting, thought leadership and award winning content creation, optimization/measures

  • Lean and agile approach; Relentless focus on the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Customer Acquisition:

  • Account Based Marketing & Lead Generation: Drive customer demand (including digital, workshops, ABM, channel, strategic partnerships and other digital or 3rd party vehicles). Nurturing and account based marketing experience to market Industrial parts/HW.

  • Channel Marketing: Understand channel dynamics; support partner sales models with marketing approaches and strategies to enable sales goal attainment; Cultivate relationships with key customers, verticals and associations.

  • Tradeshows and Workshops - Lead for Clients Industrial 3D Print (tight coordination with sales and country marketing). Clients or partners led customer events that accelerate funnel, conversations and adoption

  • Industrial 3D Campaign Strategy and Asset Development - End to end:

  • Develop marketing strategy, GTM marketing plans (linked to business objectives); create campaigns and marketing assets that fit customer journey with key toucClientsoints. Execute in key markets and through partners.

  • Marketing Comms Execution: Deploy the global integrated marketing comms strategy.

  • Implement Clients Metal 3D Printing's B2B Digital /social media strategy: Oversee media/search/social content, ABM, Clients.com, retargeting efforts, thought leadership activities, community/influencer/opinion leader management and engagement, and advertising.

  • Product Marketing & Customer Experience:

  • Deploy product marketing strategy for new products, value propositions, Develop messaging and marketing framework for bringing new Clients Metal 3D print products and solutions to market.

  • Develop clear Product positioning, and competitive differentiation.

  • Creative mind for bringing out the life in a Business to People approach (emotional + pragmatic)

  • Annual Planning, Budget & Marketing Metrics Reporting:

  • Drive quarterly rolling country level marketing plan for key countries across Clients's 3D print solution. Analyze results and effectiveness and propose changes to address opportunities. Lead Mktg budget; produce compelling business cases for innovative marketing ideas.

  • Brand (Clients / Industrial 3D Printing):

  • Drive Net Promoter Score and Awareness, Preference/Consideration of Clients & Clients Metal 3D Printing,


  • Responsible for design, development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) marketing plans for specific industry verticals (e.g., Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Communications, Media and Entertainment) or customer segments (e.g., enterprise, SMB, consumer, U.S. Hispanic and other multicultural markets).

  • Key activities include assessment of customer insights and identification of target segments for Clients products, services or solutions offerings through close partnership with the sales force, relevant partners and customers.

  • Identify and assist in the establishment of third-party relationships designed to provide offerings throughout products, services and solutions lifecycle to a specific segment or industry.

  • Maintain industry or customer segment relationships and serve as internal customer segment or industry expert.


  • Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.

  • Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.

  • Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.

  • May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process.

  • Ability to handle most unique situations.

  • May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years marketing experience. Industry, sales and/or channel experience a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
