Our client is looking for a temp-to-hire Legal Assistant/Receptionist (Personal Injury) to start ASAP at their law firm in Vancouver, WA! The ideal Legal Assistant/Receptionist (Personal Injury) will have at least 2 years of experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role in a law firm setting. Legal Assistant/Receptionist (Personal Injury) Responsibilities:


  • Greeting and checking in visitors upon arrival.

  • Updating calendars and scheduling meetings.

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.

  • Keeping conference room tidy.

  • Light data entry.

  • Sorting and processing mail.

  • Legal Assistant duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma, required.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
