This isn't your cookie cutter help desk position. A Service Desk Associate at Fisher Investments will think beyond the world of checklists and standardized answers. You will learn our system's in's and out's and act as a critical member of the team's ability to solve problems, create efficiencies and serve our internal customers.
The Opportunity
The support you will provide includes computer and telecom incidents, desktop (hardware/software), third-party software/hardware applications, and home office configurations. We'll rely on you to trouble-shoot, diagnose and resolve complex PC and network problems. Our employees work within Windows 7, and many utilize Citrix desktop environment with so many interacting systems, the ability to identify patterns and investigate solutions is critical to this position's success.
