EPI Equipment Engineer
Linear Technology, now part of Analog Devices, is seeking an EPI Equipment Engineer in our Camas, WA wafer fab plant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Improve uptime and reduce maintenance costs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Track Uptime, predict MTBF, MTBR, improve productivity and throughput on assigned tools, write PMs and repair procedures. Train equipment maintenance technicians.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements:
BS in electrical/ mechanical/ chemical engineering or equivalent experience. 10 years in the maintenance and/ or engineering of semiconductor processing equipment. Thorough knowledge of ASM Epsilon 2000 Plus system and knowledge of AMAT EPI7700 and Agilent 4082A Parametric Tester.
