Recruiting Administrative Assistant

Fisher Investments is a privately-held investment management firm with offices in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Portland Metro Area managing portfolios for high-net-worth private clients and some of the world's preeminent institutions.
We've grown significantly over the past decade and are now searching for an administrative assistant to support our Recruiting team in our Camas, WA office (near Portland, OR).
The ideal candidate will have strong operational capabilities, high customer focus, excellent time management skills, and enjoy working in a fast paced team environment.
In the process of assisting the recruiting efforts of the company, this individual will be able to interact with various departments at the firm as well as candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Call candidates to schedule and facilitate interviews with Recruiters and other various employees across the companyCoordinate travel arrangements for candidatesUpdate candidate profiles within the group's Applicant Tracking SystemRun various reports using guidelines provided by the Recruiting Team LeadersReview a high volume of resumes and route to appropriate requisitionsAssist with the coordination of various campus recruiting events nationwide Qualifications:
Experience interacting with candidates, clients, prospective clients or vendors is preferred but not requiredTeam player with positive, proactive will-do attitude and the ability to stand up and be counted on in difficult situationsExceptional organization, prioritization and time management skillsAbility to coordinate multiple projects and/or events simultaneouslyFlexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
