Fisher Investments already has a presence in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and several European countries, and we have plans to continue to expand. We need an experienced International Payroll Manager to help guide the expansion efforts. Work alongside other experienced, ambitious, and intelligent Finance professionals--share your knowledge and continue to increase your expertise.
The Role
As the International Payroll Manager, you will manage day-to-day payroll operations for our international employees, including implementing continuous improvements to service, efficacy, and efficiency. Being able to pay our international employees, while complying with external regulations and internal policies is extremely important to our international efforts. You'll coordinate with HR, Finance, and Legal to develop and/or implement new benefit schemes, COLA, secondment, and relocation policies as needed.
You will manage payroll vendor relationships, maintain and reconcile compensation between ADP and Workday to ensure data integrity, and complete compliance requirements and respond to audit requests from Senior Finance team members.

Have the support of a robust accounting department (though we're smart enough to stay out of your way)
