Our Technology Department is now looking for a Technology Governance Analyst to join our team and report to the Associate Vice President - Technology Governance. The Technology Governance Analyst analyzes the effectiveness of technology controls, managing projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also conduct technology operational audits and risks assessment, including reviewing findings and preparing audit reports.The Day-to-Day:
Define and implement an ongoing technology risk management program which will include facilitating risk decisions, developing risk management metrics, participating in risk assessments and tracking risks remediation efforts Spearhead the review of and prioritize the development of controlled documents (e.g., Policies, Standard Operating Systems (SOPs) and Work Instructions) by working closely with the business, technology, Data Privacy Office (DPO) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Plan and execute internal FI Technology audits, create the audit report, and determine if any Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) are required. Ensure that the effectiveness checks are in place by performing root cause investigations Perform and document testing of internal controls to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of processes Identify areas where internal controls may not exist and assist in the process of making recommendations, including the creation of new internal controls, and improving current internal controls Prepare and provide written and oral reports, communications and presentations to management presenting observations and recommendations for internal control improvement and facilitating management action plans Develop dashboards and metrics for measuring efficiency of implemented controls Perform other tasks and project to support business initiatives on process improvements, planning and execution of governance projects Act as technology liaison and coordination point for Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security and Compliance teams Your
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience Must have 6
years' experience in Technology, with 3
years in technical compliance and audit Must have experience and knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance Experience with risk assessments and designing controls, creating standards/policies/procedures pertaining to IT Operations Ability to interpret standards, regulations and laws and communication effectively to all levels of the organization Compensation:
$90,000- $120,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience. Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance Why Fisher Investments:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
