Fisher Investments is currently looking for a Junior Trader to join our trading team, supporting and implementing the firm's client-centered portfolio strategies.

In the Junior Trader role, you will learn the intricacies of capital markets and how to trade all asset classes including stocks, bonds, and currencies.
Reporting to the Trading Team Lead, you will work directly with a tenured team of traders across all of Fisher's offices and be given direct mentorship and growth opportunities.
The Junior Trader role is designed to provide gradual learning opportunities for those who do not have extensive trading experience.
The Day-to-Day:
Execute trades in all asset classes across global markets Work with internal business partners to address market and trading-related questions Provide pre and post trade transaction cost analysis Develop and implement plans to increase efficiency within the trading team's operational and execution processes Develop relationships with major brokerage trading desks and related fixed income trading teams seeking pools of liquidity and execution capabilities Your
Qualifications:

years of experience in trading, back office investment operations, or similar functions Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience Sound knowledge and active interest in financial concepts, markets, and current events Experience with Charles River (preferred), Bloomberg, or other order management systems Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to effectively work with both internal and external partners The ability to manage complex tasks and elevate potential issues as needed Compensation:
$75,000 - $100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance Why Fisher Investments:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
