I specialize in serving ladies with developmental disabilities.
We care for 6 active ladies that are easy to get along with and a joy to be around.
To be considered you need to be willing to get an active CNA or HCA license.
This can be done while working.
I can help fund the course.
Must be able to pass a background and finger print TB 2 step Can obtain after hire Current CPR/FIRST AID.
You can obtain after hire Nurse Delegation.
You can obtain after hire Developmental Disabilities specialty training.
I can help with this you can obtain after hire Mental Health specialty training.
I can help with this, you can obtain after hire Food handlers or a 30 minute continuing education certificate.
I can help with this you can obtain after hire Job entails but not limited to, assisting residents with daily activities and providing care such as showering, dressing, personal hygiene tasks and passing medications.
Taking time to interact with the ladies as companionship is a must to creating a positive, safe and relaxing atmosphere.
Also keeping the house clean and tidy at all times, sanitizing daily, laundry, cooking healthy nutritious meals.
I'm looking for a doer and a multitasker, someone that sees what needs to be done and takes care of it.
I'm looking for someone that's drama free so the focus can be on the high standards when it comes to our resident's care, safety, and rules/regulations compliance.
I'm hoping to find a single female or female couple as I have all women residents.
If you are looking for a niche in the caregiving industry this job is for you, as we are a unique adult family home that has a lot of fun doing crafts, games, spending times outside and share so many laughs during the day.
